Is it safe to use my credit card on this site?

All transactions at On Stage Dancewear that transmit credit card information are protected via SSL encryption. Your credit card information is scrambled while being transmitted from your computer to our server, keeping your data secure.

How can I check the status of my order?

Please visit your account dashboard and log in using your email and password. From there you can view all your orders and their current status.

Why can I only place one item in my shopping cart?

How soon will my order ship?

Most orders take 1–2 business days to process and leave our warehouse. The actual shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

I have a resale account with On Stage Dancewear. Can I order on the site?

At this time we suggest that our resale accounts continue to call their orders in and not order via the site so that their sales tax exemption status can be properly verified.

What is your return policy?

All returns of website items can be made only within 30 days of shipment for exchange or refund. Custom-made and tailored items are not returnable. Sale items are final sale. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for complete details.

What currency are your prices listed in?

We are a United States based company. All of our transactions are conducted in US Dollars (USD).

How do I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact customer service immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however your order may have already been shipped. If your order has shipped we will not be able to change or cancel it — please refer to our Returns policy.

Do you charge sales tax on orders?

We are located in New York City; therefore we charge the applicable New York sales tax only to orders shipped to New York addresses. All other orders are NOT charged sales tax.

Do you have a store I can visit?

Yes! Our retail store is located at 49 West 37th Street (between 5th & 6th Avenue), New York, NY 10018. Store hours are Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Saturday 12:00 PM–6:00 PM EST.

Do you accept COD or check orders online?

Online, we accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. For mail-in orders, checks and money orders are accepted.
