Returns accepted within 30 days of shipment, no exceptions.
$10 Exchange Fee
A reshipment charge of $10 applies to all exchanges.
Final Sale Items
Sale items, custom orders, and all tights are final sale — no returns.
Return Policy
Custom-Made / Tailored items are not returnable or refundable.
All other returns of website items can be made only within 30 days of shipment for exchange or refund, no exceptions.
For exchanges, there is a reshipment charge of $10.00.
Special orders not listed on our website are not returnable or refundable.
Sale items are not returnable or refundable.
All refunds are for merchandise only — shipping charges are non-refundable.
International orders will be charged full shipping charges on exchanges.

Return Checklist
All returns must meet the following requirements:
- Must be shipped postage-paid (we do not accept C.O.D. returns)
- Must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached
- Shoe boxes must not be damaged
- Must include instructions telling us what you would like done with your returned items
- Must include a copy of your receipt (if you send the original, it will not be returned)
- ALL TIGHTS ARE A FINAL SALE — no exceptions
