Terms & Conditions of Use
Most orders take 1–2 business days to process and leave our warehouse. The actual shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose at the time of checkout. Store hours are Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–7:00 PM EST, Saturday 12:00 PM–6:00 PM EST.
Mail Orders
Please mail completed order forms to On Stage Capezio, 49 West 37 Street, New York, NY 10018. If it is an urgent order, please call our Customer Service department for stock availability before mailing your order. Please allow 24–48 hours to process your order after we receive it.
Payment
Online orders accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Orders may be shipped C.O.D. for an additional charge of $10.00. If you want to pay by check or money order you must mail in your order with payment.
Group Orders
We have access to thousands of additional items not listed on our website. If you are interested in dancewear not listed, please call and talk to a Customer Service Agent. We will make every effort to meet all your dance needs. We also have all the basics for recitals and performances. Special orders not listed on our website are not returnable or refundable.
Price Policy
The prices on our website are subject to change without notice. Our prices are up to 30% below manufacturer's suggested retail prices. In the event of price changes by our manufacturers, we may find it necessary to adjust our prices accordingly. Some shoes in large sizes may have higher prices than listed; please call for information.
Back Orders
Every effort is made to ship orders complete. In the event we are temporarily out of stock of an item you ordered, we will send out in-stock products and the balance will follow as soon as possible. Back orders older than 90 days will be automatically canceled, unless there are special circumstances. International orders will be charged full shipping charges on back orders. Please specify if you would like your order shipped complete only.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns of website items can be made only within 30 days of shipment for exchange or refund, no exceptions. Custom-made, tailored dancewear items are not returnable or refundable. Sale items are final sale. Please see our full returns page for complete details.
